quilt-o-rama

My first exposure to Andrea Crews came in the form of playful - if slightly pretentious - performance art in Paris last summer. Since then, the sustainable design/art collective seems to have increased their commercial sales, and while the blindingly popular "fluo" leggings and spraypainted shoes are fun to see, I'd like this boho-fluo dress (made from old Nike scraps) to hit the streets.

Very DIY-able for the crafters out there, as are the bag booties (below right) which I have had a strange and longstanding affection for. Perhaps because they are like tea cosies for feet, and would be quite functional in a Canadian - or Icelandic - winter...

That dress is geometric genius.

Bag booties.. how durable would those be? I already have enough problems with ordinary shoes as it is :(
